Advanced beginner to intermediate. The stitch panels repeat all the way round, so once you have worked the first repeat you know the rest of the cape.
Blocking matters on this one
The lace panels only open to their full width once the cape has been wetted and pinned out. Unblocked, the openwork stays closed and the cape comes out smaller than the pattern says.
