SIZE CHART
- S: fits bust 32–34 in (81–86 cm) · finished circumference approx. 37 in (94 cm)
- M: fits bust 36–38 in (91.5–96.5 cm) · finished circumference approx. 42.1 in (107 cm)
- L: fits bust 40–42 in (101.5–106.5 cm) · finished circumference approx. 46.3 in (117.5 cm)
- XL: fits bust 44–46 in (112–117 cm) · finished circumference approx. 50.4 in (128 cm)
- 2XL: fits bust 48–50 in (122–127 cm) · finished circumference approx. 54.3 in (138 cm)

If your bust falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit.

Body length: approx. 18.5 in (47 cm) before edging, 19.75–20.5 in (50–52 cm) after edging.
Each blocked motif measures 9.25 × 9.25 in (23.5 × 23.5 cm).

SKILL LEVEL
Confident beginner. The motif uses basic US crochet stitches, but the project also involves checking gauge, changing colours, joining 16–18 motifs, assembling sleeves and adjusting the fit. It is best for crocheters who have already made at least one granny square or a small wearable.

- Bulky / chunky yarn held single, or two strands of medium / aran / worsted yarn held together
- Crochet hook chosen to match the blocked motif size
- Tapestry needle, stitch markers, measuring tape, scissors, blocking mats and rust-proof pins

S and M use 16 motifs. L to 2XL use 18 motifs, with a wider back. The pattern shows you how to estimate your yarn after making and weighing one blocked test motif.
