🪝 Pattern Details
🐉 Dragon Scales – Easy. Overlapping 3D scales. No double crochet, no post stitches, no bobbles, no charts, no shaping. Tip from the pattern: alternate a solid with a variegated, and keep one dark colour to deepen the shadow under each scale.
🌀 Spiral Swirl – Intermediate. 143 spiral motifs (11 × 13), each in 4 rounds, joined by 8-point stars crocheted right into the gaps between them (120 stars and 44 half-stars). Choose colours with clearly different lightness so every spiral stays readable.
🦋 Butterfly Meadow – A cream centre framed in stripes of rose, lavender and cream, a sage scalloped edging, raised butterflies and a wildflower meadow along the bottom.
🌸 Mystic Mandala – Intermediate. 45 rounds worked from the centre out, 8 colours. The petals are layered and attached only at the base, so they rise off the surface and cast real shadows. No motifs to join.
