A knee-length dress worked entirely in an openwork fan and arch lace, with a round neckband, short scalloped sleeves, a softly fitted waist and a deep scalloped hem. Six sizes. 13-page PDF.
 
How it is built
The front and back are worked flat from the hem up. The number of fans never changes: the dress narrows at the waist and widens through the skirt by changing the length of the chain arches between the fans — no darts, no seams in the lace. There is no closure anywhere: no zip, no buttons. The dress goes on over the head.
